National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA)
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), is the Executive Branch agency principally responsible for advising the President on telecommunications and information policy issues. As part of this mission, the agency coordinates work across federal agencies to promote awareness of federal support for broadband investment and digital inclusion programs, regional cooperation among federal efforts on broadband, and collect and share information with communities about available federal resources for these efforts. To this end, the BroadbandUSA website serves as a one-stop shop for information regarding federal permitting and funding resources across agencies.
